1986 is calling. It wants you to play hooky like Abe Froman, the Sausage King of Chicago: Ferris Bueller.

The John Hughes comedy, Ferris Buller's Day Off, is back in select theaters today (Wednesday) to mark the 30th anniversary of the release. (Technically, it's not until June 11th, but why not?)

A half-dozen theaters in San Antonio are offering the special screenings at 2pm and 7pm.

According to Mental Floss, the showings include interviews with the cast and Hughes, who directed and wrote the cult classic.

Get tickets while you can because they're only available today, Wednesday May 18, 2016.

Ferris was right.

Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

What a righteous dude!
