Bexar County Commissioner Kevin Wolff failed court-ordered drug test
SAN ANTONIO -- Bexar County Commissioner Kevin Wolff has failed a court-ordered drug test.
According to a report, Wolff skipped 24 tests on a portable alcohol monitoring device. The device was installed as part of his probation after he was charged with driving while intoxicated back in March.
In August of this year, the report states his urine tested positive for drugs and alcohol. Wolff has since been placed on monthly reporting since testing positive.
