Police searching for ‘apologetic’ armed robber
SAN ANTONIO -- Crime Stoppers needs your help in finding an ‘apologetic’ robber.
Police say the man was seen at the Dollar General at 3350 Southwest Military Drive on Halloween. The man approached the counter with $240 worth of items.
Police say that as the clerk was bagging the items, the suspect apologized for not having enough money to pay, pointed a gun at the clerk, and demanded the clerk empty the cash register. Once he had the money, he walked out of the store and was seen leaving in a white pickup truck.
