Second suspect in 'elaborate' marijuana growing operation turns self in
DRIPPING SPRINGS, Texas - The second suspect wanted in connection to a drug search that revealed an "elaborate" marijuana growing operation turned himself into authorities Monday morning.
Justin Bourdon turned himself into authorities just after 5:30 a.m. Monday morning. He was allegedly involved with a marijuana growing operation at a house in Dripping Springs. Officials seized about 150 marijuana plants, methamphetamine and psilocybin mushrooms from the residence. Tori Halenza, 21, was arrested at the house while authorities issued an arrest warrant for Bourdon.
Halenza and Bourdon face charges including possession of marijuana, manufacturing and delivery of a controlled substance and possession of controlled substance psilocybin mushrooms.
The case is still pending investigation.
