Three injured when car spins out of control, slams into SUV
SAN ANTONIO -- Three people were injured, two of them seriously, in a two-vehicle crash on the Far Northwest Side.
The accident happened around 10 a.m. Saturday at Babcock Road and Chase Hill Boulevard.
Police say a green vehicle was going south at a high rate of speed when the driver lost control. The vehicle spun out and slammed into an SUV.
The driver and a passenger in the green vehicle were taken to University Hospital in serious condition. An officer at the scene said one did not have a pulse and the other was "seizing." The officer said emergency crews did have to perform CPR at the scene.
The driver of the SUV was taken to University Hospital as a precaution and is expected to be all right.
Investigators believe wet roads played a factor in the crash.
