Virtual reality bus tour visits Judson Middle School for learning experience
SAN ANTONIO - Students at Judson Middle School spent part of their day immersing themselves in a virtual reality learning experience.
The zSpace Virtual classroom visited the J-STEM Academy where students were able to dissect STEM subjects through virtual reality.
The mobile classroom gave more than 300 students the chance to dissect organs with the touch of a screen.
“There are studies that show when students are engaged there’s a 35% increase in interest and 33% more retention,” said Morris Williams with zSpace.
zSpace visits hundreds of universities and medical schools allowing students to practice surgeries in 3D.
Aside from allowing students to take part in 3D medical activities, zSpace offers more than 1,000 3D models including anatomy, math, environment, astronomy, and more.
