Here are some of the highlights of the 1A State Final Baseball Game played between the Johnson City Johnson Eagles and the Blue Ridge Tigers. The game was played on June 9, 2011 in Round Rock and won by the Eagles 7-2; giving them their first ever state title in baseball. Starting pitcher Cody Smith was awarded the MVP of the tournament and talked with Max Sports after the game about winning a state title.
