A man waiting for a friend ended up getting killed by a train.
Police say Robert Guerra, 25, rode his bike around a barricade at S. Flores near Lachappelle.
There was a train sitting on the tracks so police say Guerra apparently decided he'd stop and wait for a friend.
Moments later, police say he was hit by a second train heading east.
We're told Guerra worked at the Papa John's restaurant at 100 N. Santa Rosa and had just left work when the accident occurred.
The store's owner says he will donate 50 cents of every pizza sold over the next three days to Guerra's family.

Texas bill would drastically revamp water agency
May 19, 2013 18:17 GMT
By PAUL J. WEBER and RAMIT PLUSHNICK-MASTI Associated Press
AUSTIN, Texas (AP) -- New revisions to a major water bill calls for ousting the six-member Texas Water Development Board and the agency's top official before the state embarks on a new $2 billion water fund.
The revamped bill, obtained by The Associated Press, will be returned to the House and Senate with just one week left in the legislative session. If approved by both chambers, Gov. Rick Perry would appoint a full-time, three-person board to replace the six part-time members currently serving.
A historic Texas drought has caused lawmakers to address water with new urgency.
The state water board has been criticized as inefficient and slow to prioritize.
The overhaul would only take effect if Texas voters in November approve creating the $2 billion fund.
