It will be a few more weeks until adult entertainers will find out if a federal judge will say bikini tops or pasties.
On Tuesday the City of San Antonio and the owners of 13 gentlemen's clubs faced off in federal court.
The clubs say that a new city ordinance restricts female entertainers from expressing their artistic expression by making them wear bikini tops.
The city argues that this is what the community wants since these clubs create crime and property values to drop.
A Fox San Antonio undercover video last year is what attorneys believe forced the city to tighten ordinances on gentlemen's clubs.
The video was from the Player's Club of West S.A. which is next to St. John Bosco School.
A little too close for the Salesian nuns, their children and their hospice.
Judge Fred Biery said it would be status quo until he makes a decision in the next few weeks.

High-water rescues reported in San Antonio area
May 25, 2013 16:58 GMT
SAN ANTONIO (AP) -- San Antonio firefighters have pulled people from submerged cars and rescued passengers whose bus was swept away in flood waters from torrential rains.
Officials say numerous roads have been closed because of flash flooding.
VIA Metropolitan Transit's spokeswoman Priscilla Ingle says firefighters on a boat were able to rescue the three bus passengers and driver early Saturday. She says nobody was injured.
As of Saturday morning, the San Antonio Airport had recorded nearly 10 inches of rain in the past eight hours or so.
The National Weather Service says rain continues falling at a rate of 2 inches per hour in several counties.
Emergency crews have responded to dozens of water rescues and are taking boats to a reportedly flooded neighborhood in a San Antonio suburb.
