Put on those spooky costumes, grab your treat bags and round up the kids, it’s time for Treat Street 2012!
Fox San Antonio (KABB) & the CW 35 (KMYS) announces the ninth annual Treat Street returning to La Villita on October 27th, 2012 from 12pm to 6pm. Families can enjoy free admission, free trick-or-treating, free activities for the kids, and free entertainment. The highlight of this year’s event is the appearance of Wrestling’s Greatest Tag Team, Charlie Haas and Shelton Benjamin. Bring the kids out for this amazing autograph and photo opportunity from 12pm to 1pm.
Treat Street was created to give families a safe, fun-filled environment where the whole family could celebrate Halloween. This event has grown from a few hundred its first year at the then, Crossroads Mall, to now upwards of over 15,000 people throughout the day at Treat Street’s new home, the Historic La Villita.
The City of San Antonio has been partnering with FOX San Antonio and the CW 35 now for eight years and this solid pairing has garnered, now one of the largest free community Halloween events in San Antonio.

FOX San Antonio and the CW 35 urge everyone to find ‘green’ ways to get to Treat Street this year. There is limited parking around La Villita, but the VIA bus, taxis, carpools and bicycles are great alternatives.

1. Corner of St. Mary's Street at Nueva Street (two lots across the street from each other).
2. St. Mary's Street north of Cesar Chavez.
3. Presa Street north of Nueva Street.
4. St. John's Lutheran Church Lot on Nueva (directly across from La Villita)
5. Corner of Cesar Chavez, Presa and St. Marys Streets
6. Marina Parking Lot located at Presa and Market Streets (entrance on Commerce)
7. CPS Parking Lot north of Nueva Street
