UTSA Football rallies past Alabama State with new starting QB Dalton Sturm
SAN ANTONIO – UTSA Football starting quarterback Dalton Sturm helped Roadrunners defeat their home-opener opponent Alabama State Saturday evening.
Sturm coming from several roadblocks in 2015, including being sacked 30 times, ended the night with three touchdowns and as the new starting quarterback for UTSA Football.
“Proud is one way of putting it. But, definitely not satisfied as a team. We have bigger goals as opposed to individual goals,” said Sturm
The Roadrunners would go on to defeat Alabama State, 26-13.
Sturm will start again as QB against Colorado State Saturday, Sept. 10.
