SAN ANTONIO - A man is in critical condition after being shot during an argument on the East Side. 

The shooting happened around 11 p.m. Thursday outside a home off Castle Sword near Midcrown Drive. 

Police said a fight between two men escalated when one of them pulled out a gun and shot the other two times in the upper body. 

The shooter then took off in a black Ford pickup. Shell casings were found at the scene. 

The victim was rushed to the hospital in critical condition. 

Police spent the night talking to neighbors who may have heard the shots. 

No arrests have been made.
