Grab your kayak and your crafting supplies, it's time for The Mission Reach Flotilla Festival. Decorate a kayak, or simply decorate yourself, and join the fun on Saturday, April 8th to bring awareness to the Mission Reach Ecosystem Restoration and Recreation Project of the San Antonio River. Whoever wins the best dressed, or best decorated kayak contest will receive a $1,000 grand prize.
