SAN ANTONIO- A local teen is making Autism Awareness keychains, with orders from all over the United States and with 30 percent of proceeds going to the San Antonio Autism Treatment Center.

Al Ortiz was diagnosed with autism and wants to spread the word about his keychains and why he's making them.

30 percent of the proceeds will go to the San Antonio Autism Treatment Center and the rest will go to his college fund.

AJ donated more than 500 dollars to the "Autism treatment center".

The 19-year-old put in more than 140 hours of work making his puzzle key chains.

He ended up selling almost 200 of those key chains.

On May 16, 2020, AJ presented the check and was cheered on by his peers in a socially-distant pep rally.
