Bexar County Dispute Resolution Center helping homeowners and businesses

SAN ANTONIO - The Bexar County Dispute Resolution Center offers the residents and business owners of Bexar County mediation at no cost. The Center handles a variety of civil conflicts. Some examples of what we handle are neighbor disputes, landlord/tenant issues, child visitation disputes, consumer/merchant conflicts and money owed.

Elena Terrill and Ron Mata are both Intake Coordinators who shared with Fox San Antonio what mediation is and how it is handled at the center. They also discussed how one can go about requesting mediation and the process, along with the advantage of it.
