The results of a temporary immigration policy change in February are now being seen across Texas as detainees are hundreds of detainees are finishing sentences, and then walking free. They were all scheduled for deportation, but that policy change has led to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to let those deportation orders to go unserved.
