SAN ANTONIO - A sensitive topic is on Tuesday's meeting agenda in the city of Cibolo, northeast of San Antonio. The city council is set to vote on changes to an agreement regarding a proposed toll road.

The privately-funded road would span about seven miles, extending FM 1103 between I-10 and Wagon Hill Way. No tax money would be used for the project.

More than 1,200 people have signed a petition to block the road, saying it might hinder commercial growth in the area.

Schertz city leaders want part of FM 1103 in Schertz to be removed from the plan. Cibolo's mayor says the new agreement should address those concerns.
