SAN ANTONIO - Police say video of a hit-an-run accident that showed a skateboarder being dragged by a car helped lead them to the suspected driver.

Nathan Thomas Losoya, 19, was arrested on Tuesday, neary two weeks after Ashley Martinez was hit and dragged along De Zavala Road.

Video shows her riding her skateboard on the sidewalk when she crossed a driveway and was hit. The driver of the car continued to move forward, dragging Martinez under the vehicle. When she managed to get out from under the car, her boyfriend ran up to the car window and told the driver, 'You ran over her!.' The driver took off.

Losoya was located Tuesday by the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force and is charged with failure to stop and render aid.

The San Antonio Police Department said the video, as well as several witnesses, helped them find Losoya.
