Endangered teen may be in San Antonio area, say Dallas police

SAN ANTONIO — Police in Dallas are alerting people in the San Antonio area about a missing teenager considered to be in danger.

Jennifer Mejia, 13, was reported as an "endangered child" to Child Protective Services and authorities believe she may be in the San Antonio or North Texas area. Investigators say the young girl came from Honduras about a month ago and may be with her father, Felipe Mejia.

She is described as 4'11" tall, weighing 100 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
