Joint investigation leads to arrest of man accused of sexually assaulting foster children

In a multi-agency effort, the Texas Rangers, Bexar County Sheriff’s Office and the Medina County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man accused of sexually assaulting multiple children placed in his home for foster care.

According to a press release, the victims were foster children living with 58-year-old Miguel Briseno from August 2005 to June 2010.

Briseno had two warrants out of Medina County and one out of Bexar County. All three warrants totaled four counts of sexual assault of a child against him.

The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office urges other victims to come forward by calling 210-335-TIPS.
