Presidential candidate and former San Antonio Mayor Julian Castro is denouncing President Trump before his rally in El Paso.

"Tonight, President Donald Trump is going to El Paso, Texas to create a circus of fear and paranoia, like he always does, to tell lies about the border and about immigration," Castro said. "Don't take the bait."

Castro recorded the video at the Eagle Pass, Texas border where his grandmother, Victoria Castro, entered the United States as a seven-year-old Mexican orphan.

Trump is scheduled to have a Make America Great Again Rally Monday night in El Paso to discuss the border. Across the street from Trump's rally, Beto O'Rourke will lead a march through the city and speak at a "Celebration of El Paso" event at the same time.
