This weekend about 20, 000 people will make their way downtown for the 12th annual Luminaria event at Hemisfair Park.

Executive Director Kathy Armstrong visits Fox News Midday and talks to us about the artists who will be there, showcasing everything from music, to sculptures to dance.

The entire weekend is free and is family-friendly.
