LYTLE, Texas- A malfunction caused a major natural gas outage in Lytle.

At around 11 a.m., a main gas transmission line had a malfunction in La Coste. CPS responded to the scene.

They determined the trailer would need to be brought in to supply gas to the city.

Because of the time this would take, the city had to shut down its gas system. CPS turned off all gas meters.

Once the gas system is restored there, CPS will turn on gas systems for residents again.
