A New Braunfels man is facing a child pornography charge and will appear in federal court later this week.

Last month, agents spoke to Benjamin Bogard about some posts on the internet involving terroristic threats and threats of mass violence.

Bogard gave permission for the FBI to do a complete search of his phone.

In the downloads folder, they found an 18-second video showing a man performing a graphic sexual act with a young girl.

Investigators say the man stops when the girl begins to move.

Agents also found a few other photos of pornographic images with young girls.

If convicted, Bogard faces a maximum of five to 20 years in prison.
