New chicken wing restaurant chain opened on Northeast Side

SAN ANTONIO - A chicken wing restaurant chain based in Alabama made its way to Texas last week.

Wild Wing Station made its San Antonio debut last week inside the Thompson Square shopping center. The chicken wing chain has five locations in Alabama.

The restaurant offers eight different types of chicken wing meals, with fried rice, Philly cheese steaks, burgers, sandwiches, Gyro wraps and fish rounding out their menu. Chicken wing flavors vary from classic buffalo, lemon pepper, garlic parmesan and teriyaki.
