POLICE: Man threatens to kill ex-girlfriend for going out night before
SAN ANTONIO - Manuel Sanchez, 52, is being accused of ramming his truck into his ex-girlfriends car and threatening to kill her, according to an affidavit.
The woman told police she was asleep in her car outside of her mom's house when she woke up to Sanchez yelling.
The affidavit says Sanchez asked her where she went and told her, "You ******* ***** I am going to kill you."
The victim said Sanchez began to kick her windshield until it broke, leading to her putting her car in reverse and backing out.
Sanchez then rammed his truck into hers before driving around the block and coming out. When he came out this time, he allegedly had a baseball bat and began to walk to the victims car.
The victim left the area and got to a fire station nearby to ask for help.
Sanchez is facing an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charge, a second-degree felony.
