Teen arrested for allegedly exposing himself to students on their way to school
NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas —
A 17-year-old male was arrested Friday for allegedly exposing himself to two students that were on their way to school and two adults.
The New Braunfels Police department said Seth Wade Dyal, 17, was arrested Friday for allegedly exposing himself to two students on their way to school and two adults in the area of Pahmeyer Road and West County Line Road. There were reports on Thursday morning that an unknown male was exposing himself, and an investigating began immediately.
Police said they were able to secure a search warrant for a home located in the 1700 block of Joy Spring that was near where the incidents occurred.
Dyal was arrested and taken to the Comal County Jail and charged with a 3rd-degree felony of Indecency with a Child. Dyal's bond was set at $10,000 and at the time of his release, he remains in custody.
