
NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas — A teenager was arrested and charged in the murder of 18-year-old Maximiliano Miranda in New Braunfels.
New Braunfels Police say they arrested Bryan David Ramirez-Fernandez, 17, Thursday around 11:45 a.m.
Ramirez-Fernandez is being charged with 1st degree felony murder and was arrested at his home in the 1100 block of Stone Branch.
NBPD says his bond was set at $100,000.
Investigators tell us they believe the Miranda and Ramirez-Fernandez knew each other before the shooting.
Miranda was found dead inside the Rodeway Inn at about 2:30 a.m. Monday. Police said he died from an apparent gunshot wound, police said.
