Three suspects in custody after man shot at NE Side apartment

SAN ANTONIO -- San Antonio Police have arrested three suspects wanted in connection to a shooting on the Northeast Side.

The suspects, 23-year-old Justice Paige, 21-year-old Michael Whitley Jr. and 25-year-old Troy Floyd are all charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Police say the three men made their way inside the apartment of 30-year-old Brandon Davis on Roszell off of Naco-Perrin back on April 8th. Davis says the men were accusing him of stealing a car, when Paige allegedly pulled a gun and shot him three times.

Davis survived the shooting.
