WATCH: Pre-K 4 SA CEO reacts to proposition passing vote with flying colors

SAN ANTONIO – Local voters overwhelmingly approved to renew the city’s Pre-K 4 SA program for another eight years this Election Day.

It provides a full day of pre-kindergarten education for thousands of four-year-old’s across San Antonio at its four centers.

“This means that we are going to get to continue doing the great work that we have been doing in the last eight years and reach out and serve even more children,” CEO Sarah Baray said. “We are thrilled that San Antonio said yes to Pre-K 4 SA.”

This also means the one-eight sales tax for the program started back in 2012 will continue.
