Marshal's Most Wanted: George Garcia

SAN ANTONIO --US Marshals need your help to find George Garcia. Garcia is wanted after he allegedly assaulted someone with a deadly weapon, fled the scene and hasn't been seen since.

Deputy Christopher Bozeman, US Marshals Service, "In January 2012, Garcia was sentenced to 97 months in a federal prison on charges involving heroin."

Because of his charges involving conspiracy and possession to distribute heroin, he was ordered to serve 3 years of supervised release.

"Garcia allegedly violated the conditions of his supervised release, because he allegedly assaulted someone with a deadly weapon and fled the scene before police arrived. " say's Bozeman.

He has since stopped reporting to his probation officer and his last known address was on the west side of town.

"He has identifiable tattoos on his neck and both arms. He also has an extensive criminal history assault with a deadly weapon, theft and multiple drug charges." say's Bozeman.

George Garcia is 43 years old 5'07" and weighs 170 pounds.

He has the word - Aztlan - tattooed on the right side of his neck.
