Marshal's Most Wanted: Joseph Pina
SAN ANTONIO —
U.S. Marshals need your help to find Joseph Pina. According to Deputy U.S. Marshal Christopher Bozeman, Pina has multiple drug charges. he's also wanted for unlawfully carrying a weapon and broke the rules of his supervised release.
"In September 2014, Pina was sentenced to 60 months in a Federal Prison on charges involving possession of a firearm by a convicted felon," said Bozeman.
He was also ordered to serve 3 years of supervised release,
"Pina allegedly violated the conditions of his supervised release, because he tested positive for continued use of methamphetamine and opiates and stopped reporting to his probation officer," said Bozeman.
Pina has the words "water -- proof" tattooed on his eye lids, which might mean he won't leak or snitch any info.
"He has multiple identifiable tattoos on his face, neck, chest, back and both arms. He also has an extensive criminal history involving assault, evading arrest, theft and multiple drug charges," said Bozeman.
34 year-old Joseph Pina is 6'0 and weighs 190 pounds. His last known address was on the south side.
