Marshal's Most Wanted: Roberto Gomez

U.S. Marshals need your help to find Roberto Gomez. Gomez has multiple drug charges, has broken the rules of his supervised release and is in trouble once again.

Deputy Christopher Bozeman, U.S. Marshals Service, "In October 2011, Gomez was sentenced to sentenced to 78 months in a federal prison on charges Involving Possession with Intent to Distribute Heroin."

Gomez was also ordered to serve 4 years of supervised release.

"Gomez allegedly violated the conditions of his supervised release, because he was arrested by SAPD for driving while intoxicated but was subsequently released on bond," said Bozeman.

Gomez also stopped reporting to his probation officer .

"He also has an extensive criminal history involving multiple drug charges," said Bozeman.

Roberto Gomez, 41, is 5'4 and weighs 120 pounds.

His last known address was on the south side.
