WASHINGTON --The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says early exposure to nicotine can change a baby's brain chemistry.

The change can lead to the development of disorders such as attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder or ADHD.

It can also lead to behavioral changes, addiction and conduct disorder.
