SAN ANTONIO -- At least seven people have been transported to a local hospital following a major crash on the city's Northwest Side, according to police.
The crash happened on Bandera Rd. and Sherill Brook Dr. around 3:50 p.m. Sunday afternoon.
Police at the scene say a Chevrolet truck was traveling southbound on Bandera Rd. in the middle lane when it collided with a white Ford Expedition pulling out of a private property.
There were eight people inside the Ford Expedition -- seven of those people were transported to a local hospital. Two children are suffering life threatening injuries.
Police add two people -- a child and an adult -- were ejected from the Expedition. Another child was pulled out of the back of the Expedition by a witness.
