Man charged with arson after throwing Molotov cocktail at house, starting fire

SAN ANTONIO - A man has been arrested after reportedly throwing a Molotov cocktail at a home, setting it on fire.

Police say 73-year-old Timothy O’Leary was seen on Saturday near the home of a woman he had a grievance against after a financial deal between them fell through.

A witness saw him walking around the house, then saw flames ignite on the roof and rear wall.

O’Leary, then, covered the license plates of his vehicle with paper plates and drove away.

Police were able to track down the vehicle using photos from the witness, and O’Leary is now in custody with charges of arson.
