Does Red Light Therapy really work?
SAN ANTONIO - It has been called too good to be true and promises to treat a wide list array of symptoms from depression to gaining weight, and can help in fat loss, muscle recovery and improved sleep. The list goes on and on. We are talking about 'red light therapy' which is also known as photobiomodulation.
