Teen found dead with multiple gunshot wounds behind business identified

SAN ANTONIO - A teen found shot dead behind a business on the Northeast Side has been identified.

The medical examiner's office has identified the victim as 16-year-old Comraan Adams, who succumbed to multiple gunshot wounds at the scene.

Around 4:20 a.m. on Saturday, police responded to calls of gunshots near the corner of Walzem RToad and Patriot Drive.

Shortly after hearing the shots, a caller reported seeing a body, lying down behind a building.

Officers arrived at the scene and located Adams, who had tragically succumbed to his injuries.

No suspect has been identified at this time. The incident is still under investigation.
